Rebecca Loke

Rebecca is a registered psychologist on the clinical team at Jintara, working under Clinical Director Denise O'Leary. She holds a Master of Arts in Applied Psychology from the National Institute of Education in Singapore, a Graduate Diploma in Social Work, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the National University of Singapore. She is a registered member of the Singapore Psychological Society.
Her clinical practice draws on individual and group Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, together with EMDR and Trauma-Focused CBT. Before joining Jintara she worked as a therapist at another Thailand rehabilitation centre, and earlier spent two years as a psychologist at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital in Singapore, delivering inpatient and outpatient interventions for adolescent and adult clients with mental health, emotional, and health concerns. Her earlier career included crisis intervention work with families in distress, including suicide risk and family violence response.
