Leszek Kudiuk
Holistic Therapist
Leszek has spent more than two decades teaching body-based and movement-based practices across Thailand, Japan, and Europe. He holds a diploma in holistic massage from the City College of London and has trained over the years in Thai massage, Reiki, craniosacral therapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Qi Gong, Tai Chi, and meditation. His clinical setting work has included addiction rehab centres, senior care, private practice, and wellness centres.
Leszek joined Jintara in 2020 after several years at Lanna Rehab in Chiang Mai. At Jintara, each client gets two one-to-one sessions a week with him, one Reiki session and one meditation instruction session, each running about an hour in a quiet, dedicated treatment room. He also helps facilitate the Friday morning holistic group, working alongside the visiting art therapist. His practice is consent-based throughout. Clients can stop at any point, ask for adjustments, or use the session without physical contact.
His own framing of holistic work is plain. It is about helping people regulate, reconnect, and build stability alongside the clinical work, not a replacement for it. Many clients arriving at rehab are out of contact with their own bodies after years of using substances to manage stress, pain, and emotion. Leszek's sessions are paced and designed to help that contact return safely. His holistic work supports the wider treatment program at Jintara.
