Pong brings five to six years of professional kitchen experience from 5-star hotels. He leads the kitchen at Jintara and plans all meals.
Nutrition plays a real part in recovery. Clients in early detox often have depleted bodies, poor appetite, and disrupted sleep. Pong prepares fresh, balanced meals using quality ingredients, working with the clinical and nursing team on dietary needs and preferences. The food at Jintara is closer to what you would find at a good restaurant than a clinical facility.
Pong believes that a well-cooked meal does more than fill a stomach. It gives people comfort, routine, and a reminder that normal life is still there waiting for them.
